Niger Coup Leaders Form New Government, Announces 21 Ministers

The military junta in Niger Republic has formed a new government and announced 21 ministers.

According to a decree read out on national television, Prime Minister Ali Mahaman will lead the 21-member government, with generals from the new military governing council heading the defence and interior ministries.
