The story begins in the Central Park Zoo in New York City where Marty the Zebra is turning 10 years old and dreams of going back to the wild, so one night when Skipper leader of the crafty penguins helps Marty escape, Marty's friends Alex the lion, Gloria the hippo and Melman the giraffe decided to find Marty and bring him back. But they all are now bound on a ship to an island called Madagascar where they will encounter new friends and face new enemies as they will also need to find a way to get back home. This walkthrough will aid you and these four animal hero's as they will leave from the streets of New York City to the jungles of Madagascar, encounter the friendly lemurs like: Julien, Maurice and Mort.
