AFCON 2023 I Bafana Bafana through to semis after beating Cape Verde 2-1 in penalties

Bafana Bafana has beaten Cape Verde in penalties to reach the last four of the Africa Cup of Nations in Ivory Coast. Neither team scored in regulation or extra time. Bafana's goalkeeper Ronwen Williams who was the man of the match, saved four out of five penalties in the shoot-out. Bafana will now play against Nigeria in the tournament's semi-finals.
